A new kind of motsunabe (offal hot pot) that combines Hakata specialties! There are five elements to what makes fish delicious: appearance, aroma, texture, taste, and aftertaste.Among them, sashimi is where the aroma is most important.Our fresh fish is exceptionally delicious.Reservations are accepted until 11 PM the day before! *We may be able to accommodate same-day reservations on some days if you contact us in advance! *The seating time is 90 minutes.
